(1) The construction and operation of any swimming pool, spa, or other swimming area owned and utilized by the youth camp must be in accordance with the standards pertaining to the type of facility in question contained in Title 37, chapter 110, subchapters 10 (swimming areas) or 11 (swimming pools and spas) of the Administrative Rules of Montana.

(2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 110, subchapters 10 and 11, which establish construction, equipment, and operation standards for swimming areas and swimming pools and spas, respectively.
