(1) The CSED will assess the amount of $100 per child for each month an obligor is determined to have failed to provide or maintain health or medical insurance as ordered or as required by statute. The CSED will assess an additional $100 per child for each month an obligor fails to provide or update information concerning coverage. When an obligor fails to obtain and maintain coverage and also fails to provide information regarding such coverage or lack of coverage, a total possible sanction of $200 per child per month may be assessed.
