24.141.404 PIONEER ELECTRICIAN CERTIFICATE (1) The purpose of a pioneer electrician certificate is to show appreciation for past services and support to the electrical industry. (2) A pioneer electrician certificate is not a license and does not permit the holder of said certificate to act as a licensed electrical contractor, master, journeyman or residential electrician. (3) Pioneer electrician certificates will be issued at the discretion of the State Electrical Board.
