36.14.310 FINAL INSPECTION - NOTICE OF COMPLETION (1) The owner shall give the department at least 10 days advance notice of the engineer's final construction inspection. (2) If, after the review, the department determines that the work has not been performed in accordance with the provisions of the permit, the department shall specify the deficient items or necessary work in writing to the owner, who shall cause the work to be completed in conformity with the permit.
