37.110.101 FOOD STANDARDS (1) The department adopts by reference the following federal regulations establishing food definitions and standards promulgated by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are found in the corresponding parts of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) as of April 1, 2017 and 2018. These standards apply to all food as the term is defined in 50-31-103(15), MCA.
