38.5.3102    COST OF THE TRANSIT RECORDS

(1) The rate for the transit records shall be the transit record rate set forth in qwest corporation's most recent Statement of Generally Available Terms on file with the commission or such other rate as the commission may establish.

(2) Nothing in this rule precludes two carriers from mutually agreeing in writing to any other arrangement pertaining to recovery of costs associated with acquiring transit or billing records from the transiting carrier or from the originating carrier.
