4.12.3403 RULES AND REGULATIONS BY MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATION AGENCIES (1) �The Montana Seed Growers Association, Bozeman, Montana is the official state agency for the certification of all field crops, except potatoes. (2) �The Department of Agriculture and/or the Montana Seed Growers Association will provide information to seed certification agencies in the United States of America and Canada in accordance with plant variety protection acts.
