8.22.2406 WHO MAY APPEAR (1) Each party may be represented by counsel. (2) Any individual may appear for himself, and any member of a partnership which is a party may appear for such partnership. An officer or an employee of a corporation, association, partnership or of any individual may appear for such corporation, association, partnership or individual upon establishing his authority to so appear.
