NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 25, 2020, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-13-605 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 1719 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 18. On October 23, 2020, the department published an amended notice of adoption on page 1857 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. The department has adopted the following rule as proposed: New Rule I (2.13.210).
