NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

To:       All Concerned Persons

 

            1.  On November 20, 2020, the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (department) published MAR Notice No. 36-22-210 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 2107 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 22.

 

            2. The department has adopted New Rule I (36.31.101) and New Rule II (36.31.102) as proposed.

 

            3. No comments or testimony pertaining to the rulemaking were received.
