1. On April 30, 2021, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-18-262 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 453 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 8.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
