1. On October 22, 2021, the Department of Transportation published MAR Notice No. 18-185 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1360 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. The department has amended ARM 18.7.202 and 18.7.206 as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
