NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On May 27, 2022, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-991 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 785 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 10.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

           4. These rule repeals are effective August 6, 2022.
