NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1. On April 28, 2023, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-14-271 pertaining to the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 392 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 8.

 

2. The department has amended and repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
