NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On September 8, 2023, the Department of Commerce published MAR Notice No. 8-111-202 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 936 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17.

 

2. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. The department has amended and repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.
