NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 20, 2023, the Department of Livestock published MAR Notice No. 32-23-343 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1284 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
