NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On January 26, 2024, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-18-276 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 105 of the 2024 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 2.

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rule as proposed: NEW RULE I (23.18.401).

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
