NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On February 9, 2024, the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (agency) published MAR Notice No. 24-7-388 regarding the public hearing on the proposed changes to the above-stated rules, at page 202 of the 2024 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 3.

 

            2. On February 29, 2024, a public hearing was held on the proposed changes to the above-stated rules via the videoconference and telephonic platform. No comments were received by the deadline.

 

            3. The agency has amended ARM 24.7.101, 24.7.303, 24.7.304, 24.7.305, 24.7.306, and 24.7.308 as proposed.

 

            4. The agency has repealed ARM 24.7.312 as proposed.
