1.  On November 26, 2008, the Montana State Fund published MAR Notice No. 2-55-38 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 2399 of the 2008 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 22.

 

2.  The Montana State Fund has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
