TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 15, 2015, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-208 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1744 of the 2015 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 19.

 

2. The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
