NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On December 24, 2015, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-214 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 2241 of the 2015 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 24. On February 5, 2016, the Secretary of State published an amended notice and extension of comment period on the proposed amendment at page 200 of the 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 3.

 

2. The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

          3. No comments or testimony were received.
