TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 28, 2016, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-553 pertaining to the amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1886 of the 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. No comments were received.

 

3. The department has amended ARM 2.59.1506, 2.59.1515, and 2.59.1522 exactly as proposed.
