NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On November 10, 2016, the Department of Livestock published MAR Notice No. 32-16-276 regarding the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 2047 of the 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 21.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

          3.  The department received one comment.  A summary of the comment received and the department's response is as follows:

 

          COMMENT #1:  The Montana Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA) expressed "support for the changes called for in proposed administrative rule notice 32-16-276 involving requirements for sheep, brands and earmarks."

 

          RESPONSE #1: The department recognizes the participation of the commenter and appreciates all comments made during the rulemaking process.
