2. The agency has amended ARM 4.12.1410, 4.12.1411, 4.12.1412, 4.12.1413, 4.12.1414, 4.12.1415, 4.12.1416, 4.12.1417, 4.12.1418, 4.12.1419, and 4.12.1420 exactly as proposed.
