NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On April 17, 2020, the Board of Nursing published MAR Notice No. 24-159-91 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule, at page 648 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 7.

 

            2. On May 8, 2020, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule in Helena. One comment was received by the May 15, 2020 deadline.

 

            3. A summary of the comment and the board's response follows:

 

COMMENT 1:  One commenter supported the proposed rule amendment.

 

RESPONSE 1:  The board appreciates all comments received during the rulemaking process.

 

            4. The board has amended ARM 24.159.670 exactly as proposed.
