           1. On March 27, 2020, the Department of Commerce published MAR Notice No. 8-94-183 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 523 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 6.

 

2. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.
