(1) It is the policy, intent, and purpose of the Board of Outfitters to provide quality regulatory functions and services to the professions it regulates and the public to promote, maintain, and preserve an ever-improving high degree of competence in the professions, satisfaction in the public, and an everlasting environment in which the professions operate.
