(1) Photo companies must provide state of the art
photo-finish and video equipment with electronic timing capability, film, tape
and other supplies and operators capable of providing accurate reproductions
and depictions of all races and race finishes.
(2) Film and tape of all races shall be preserved by the photo companies for a period of at
least one full calendar year from the date of the race.
(3) Film and tape of controversial races, when requested by the board, shall be supplied by the
photo companies at the board's expense.
(4) All
employees of photo companies must be licensed before entering the grounds of a
race meet.
