1.2.101    GENERAL OVERVIEW OF ARM TITLE 1

(1)�Title 1 contains statements and rules which introduce and explain the ARM as a whole.

(2)�Chapter 1, the Foreword, states the authority for and general intent of the ARM, and the customary credits.

(3)�Chapter 2, General Provisions, includes:

(a)�an explanation of the organizational structure and composition of the ARM;

(b)�the format of rules; and

(c)�the procedures for keeping the ARM current.

(4)�Chapter 3 contains model rules of organization and procedure as drafted by the Attorney General of the state of Montana.�These rules are a guide for fulfilling the requirements of MAPA with regard to rules of organization and procedure.�The agencies have the option of adopting the model rules in whole or in part, and may incorporate the model rules by reference.
