NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On January 29, 2021, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-610 pertaining to the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 97 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 2.

 

2. No comments were received.

 

3.  The department has adopted NEW RULE I (2.59.436) and NEW RULE II (2.59.437) exactly as proposed.
