NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

            TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On September 10, 2021, the Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board published MAR Notice No. 17-416 regarding a notice of public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1095 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17.

 

            2. The board has amended the rules exactly as proposed.

 

            3. One comment in support of the rule amendments was received.
