NOTICE OF ADOPTION AND REPEAL

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 7, 2020, the Board of Public Education published MAR Notice No. 10-54-134 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1398 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2. The board has adopted the following new rules as proposed:

 

NEW RULE I             ARM 10.53.1001      MONTANA CONTENT STANDARDS FOR CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

NEW RULE II            ARM 10.53.1002      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR KINDERGARTEN

NEW RULE III          ARM 10.53.1003      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR FIRST GRADE

NEW RULE IV          ARM 10.53.1004      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR SECOND GRADE

NEW RULE V           ARM 10.53.1005      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR THIRD GRADE

NEW RULE VI          ARM 10.53.1006      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR FOURTH GRADE

NEW RULE VII         ARM 10.53.1007      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR FIFTH GRADE

NEW RULE VIII        ARM 10.53.1008      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR SIXTH THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE

NEW RULE IX          ARM 10.53.1009      CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR NINTH THROUGH TWELFTH GRADE

 

           3. The board has repealed ARM 10.54.8010 through 10.54.8013, 10.54.8020 through 10.54.8023, 10.54.8030 through 10.54.8033, 10.54.8040 through 10.54.8043, 10.54.8050 through 10.54.8053, 10.54.8087 through 10.54.8098, 10.54.9510 through 10.54.9513, 10.54.9520 through 10.54.9523, 10.54.9530 through 10.54.9533, 10.54.9540 through 10.54.9543,10.54.9550 through 10.54.9553, 10.54.9560 through 10.54.9563, and 10.54.9587 through 10.54.9598 as proposed.

 

4. The board invited comments and testimony but did not receive any comments.

 

           5. The effective date of these rules is July 1, 2021.
