NOTICE OF ADOPTION, AMENDMENT, AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 7, 2020, the Board of Public Education published MAR Notice No. 10-53-137 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption, amendment, and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1380 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2. The board has adopted the following new rules as proposed:

 

NEW RULE I             ARM 10.53.1301      MONTANA CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR K-12

NEW RULE II            ARM 10.53.1302      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR KINDERGARTEN

NEW RULE III          ARM 10.53.1303      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR FIRST GRADE

NEW RULE IV          ARM 10.53.1304      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR SECOND GRADE

NEW RULE V           ARM 10.53.1305      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR THIRD GRADE

NEW RULE VI          ARM 10.53.1306      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR FOURTH GRADE

NEW RULE VII         ARM 10.53.1307      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR FIFTH GRADE

NEW RULE VIII        ARM 10.53.1308      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR SIXTH THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE

NEW RULE IX          ARM 10.53.1309      CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION FOR NINTH THROUGH TWELFTH GRADE

NEW RULE X           ARM 10.55.2301      TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION PROGRAM DELIVERY STANDARDS

 

            3. The board has amended ARM 10.53.101 and 10.54.2501 as proposed.

 

            4. The board has repealed ARM Title 10, chapter 54, subchapters 75 and 76 as proposed.

 

 5. The board invited comments and testimony but did not receive any comments.

 

            6. The effective date of these rules is July 1, 2021.
